How do I ensure I choose the correct skate size?
Skate sizing often differs from standard shoe sizes. We recommend measuring your foot in centimeters and referring to our specific brand size charts. For most inline and ice skates, a snug fit is essential to prevent blisters and ensure maximum control.
What is your return policy for used equipment?
To ensure the safety and quality of our products, we only accept returns on items in brand-new, unused condition with original packaging within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns on skates that have been used on ice or pavement.
How long does shipping take for heavy gear?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Due to the weight and dimensions of certain equipment like hockey goals or ramps, oversized shipping fees may apply and delivery may take up to 10 business days.
Do my skates come pre-sharpened?
Most ice skates are shipped with a factory edge, but for optimal performance, we recommend having them professionally sharpened to your preferred hollow before your first time on the ice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and interest-free installment plans through Klarna and Affirm for larger equipment purchases.
Do you offer a warranty on protective gear?
Yes, all protective gear and helmets are covered by a 6-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that normal wear and tear from falls is not covered.
