Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

Pack Your Gear

Place the unused skates and accessories back into their original branded boxes, ensuring all protective padding and tags are still intact.

Label and Ship

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to the outside of your shipping box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of your return, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
