Sizing Guide:

To attain the best-fitting pads, we recommend that you measure the circumference of your knee and elbow at the joint. 

 Based on your measurements you can acquire the size that you will need:

Elbow Pads:

• Small: 15 - 20cm (5.9 - 7.87")
• Medium: 22 - 26cm (8.66 - 10.23")
• Large: 24 - 28cm (9.44 - 11.02")

Knee Pads:

• Small: 30 - 37cm (11.81 - 14.56")
• Medium: 35 - 40cm (13.77 - 15.74")
• Large: 34 - 44cm (13.38 - 17.32")

Be sure that your limb is relaxed whilst measuring. This will allow you to get the most accurate reading.
