This means that the same great shock absorbing qualities you come to expect from your knee pads, combined with the thick ABS splints which are impact resistant and fitted both top and bottom, will also protect your wrists from impact if needed.
A porous internal liner helps with sweat absorption and molds to the contour of your wrist to provide added comfort when the thick Velcro wrist straps are tightened securely.

To attain the best-fitting pads, we recommend that you measure the circumference of your wrist at the joint. Based on your measurements you can acquire the size that you will need:
- Small: 14 - 17cm (5.5 - 6.69")
- Medium: 15 - 18cm (5.9 - 7.08")
- Large: 17 - 21cm (6.69 - 8.66")
Be sure that your limb is relaxed whilst measuring. This will allow you to get the most accurate reading.
