Sizing Guide:

To attain the best-fitting pads, we recommend that you measure the circumference around 3-5cm above the knee. Based on your measurements you can acquire the size that you will need:

• Small: 30 - 38cm (11.81 - 14.96")
• Medium: 33 - 44cm (12.99 - 17.32")
• Large: 36 - 48cm (14.17 - 18.89")
• Extra Large: 39 - 52cm (15 - 20.47")

Be sure that your limb is relaxed whilst measuring. This will allow you to get the most accurate reading.
