Sizing Guide:

To attain the best-fitting pads, we recommend that you measure the circumference of your knee at the joint. Based on your measurements you can acquire the size that you will need:

• Extra Small: 27.9 - 32cm (11 - 12.5")
• Small: 32 - 36cm (12.5 - 14.5")
• Medium: 36 - 40cm (14.5 - 16")
• Large: 40 - 44cm (16 - 17")
• Extra Large: 44 - 50cm (17 - 19.5")

Be sure that your limb is relaxed whilst measuring. This will allow you to get the most accurate reading.
